Open Gym

Open Gym is your dedicated space to train at your own pace, refine skills, and work on personal progressions—all while surrounded by a supportive community. Whether you're dialing in technique, building strength, or testing new movements, this is your chance to focus on what matters most to you.

Mobility

Our mobility classes help members lift stronger, recover faster, and prevent injuries—but mobility isn’t just for the gym. Improving flexibility and joint health means better movement in daily life, from carrying groceries to sitting pain-free at work.

Nutrition

Nutrition is the foundation of strength, recovery, and overall health—whether you're an athlete pushing limits or just looking to feel better every day. The right fuel helps you train harder, recover faster, and perform at your best inside and outside the gym

Community Classes

Join us the 2nd Saturday of every month at 8:30am for a free community fitness class. This class is coach lead and open to all fitness levels! It’s the perfect chance to move, connect and experience the fun of fitness together

Little Laurels

Our Little Laurels classes make fitness fun for kids! Through engaging, age-appropriate workouts, children discover the joy of moving their bodies while learning the basics of functional fitness. Each session is designed to build foundational skills, confidence, and a love for staying active.
